Juan Carlos González
Our well-renowned divemaster, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, loves only one thing more than diving. And that is his commitment to making the dive experiences for his customers, whether they are novice or expert, a memory of a lifetime. SSI Dive Master and Open Water Instructor, and PADI advanced open water diver certified, Juan Carlos has 25 + years of scuba diving and snorkeling experience. His goal is to make your dive at Cozumel SIMPLY THE BEST and to be sure you spend the most time "in the water"!

Located directly on the Caribbean -- just 200 feet from a submerged plane wreck -- El Cid La Ceiba Beach Hotel is the perfect Cozumel dive resort for both expert divers and novices. For more experienced guests, our dive boat will take you to deeper, more exotic open-water locations. These include the mysterious underground rivers that honeycomb the porous limestone of the Yucatan -- providing some of the most beautiful cave and cavern diving in the world.
